Regional Service Manager - Truck & Buses - FAMCO - Dubai

We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to be based within Dubai for our Trucks & Bus operations in the UAE, The ideal candidate shall assume functional responsibility for Volvo Truck & Bus Service department operations, including development of strategic plans, preparation of annual budgets and business plans, setting and monitoring of business objectives and KPIs. - shall be responsible for the following duties:

Revenue and contribution.
- Preparation and achievement of Service Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
- Setting of service pricing structures with recommended discount authority levels.

Productivity and Efficiency.
- Preparation and achievement of Productivity and Efficiency targets to ensure maximum profitability.
- Recommend and support recovery action plans for under-performing departments.

Competence Development
- Planning and provision of training and competence development for aftersales staff to meet FAMCO business requirements.

Aftersales Products
- Strategic development, implementation and monitoring of overall aftersales product offerings including Service Agreements and other soft products, including marketing recommendations, in order to achieve maximum aftermarket penetration.

Warranty Recovery
- Ensure warranty recovery from all principals is carried out in a quality and timely manner to receive maximum benefits to FAMCO.

CSI
- Achievement of CSI objectives for Service Operations

Resources
- Planning and provision of necessary equipment, tooling and manpower to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience with reputable franchised Automotive/Commercial Vehicle/Industrial, 5 years in Service Management, preferably multi-location.

Suitable experience within relevant Automotive/Machinery industry.
