Job description / Role
• Responsible to establish regional HR analytics, digitilization of solutions, and secure compliant employment relations and HR flows.
• Implement the process relating to headcount planning and budgeting
• Analyze existing best practice and establish compliant HR Flows
• Consult in regards to employment relations (policies, grievance or disciplinary measures)
• Implement standardized HR flows/tools in line with existing IT infrastructure
• Support set up a regional HR road map and the effective HR KPIs with a Dashboard
• Benchmark regional total rewards policies with job grading system
• Enhance Dashboard and metrics with additional data for strategic analytics
• Oversee Total Rewards structure in the region
• Enhance further digitization of HR flows, reports and processes
• Support in execution of global mobility employments
• Support HR communication
Requirements
• Academic background in business administration
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a large, matrix, and global organization
• Ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions
• Exceptional analytical skills
• In depth understanding of efficient HR flows and Total Rewards Systems
• Familiar in applying labor law regulations
• Ability to coach and train stakeholders for right execution
• Sound interpersonal and intercultural skills
