Job description / Role
Flow Talent is working with a leading bank who are hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager for their Abu Dhabi office.
Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance matters.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure compliance with FATCA and CRS reporting requirements.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the bank's regulatory compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on FATCA and CRS-related matters.
- Manage a team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Analyse and report on communications received to mailboxes and other channels to ensure accurate information is provided and regulatory requirements are met.
- Develop and implement training programs in compliance and other regulatory implementations.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that the bank remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Please note that due to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals can be considered for this role.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant specialization.
- Minimum 8 years' experience within the banking/financial services sector with at least 6 years in the compliance environment.
- Knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations and requirements.
- Knowledge of banking rules and regulations of UAE.
