Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To establish and maintain high level relationships with key clients across multiple business units. This will include supporting the business units by managing any potential issues and ensuring key client satisfaction is maintained at the highest possible level. The role is also responsible for owning the organic growth figure for each key account and ensuring delivery against this.

The primary responsibilities of the relationship management role are:

Revenue
- To ensure that the key client revenue is as a minimum maintained in line with company expectations
- To develop each key client and create organic growth by maximising both immediate and future opportunities

Retention
- To manage the contract renewal process for each key client, identifying potential uplifts and rate increases that can be implemented as well as ensuring key commercials are in line with company expectations

Cross Selling
- To identify immediate and future opportunities within each key client for selling additional Transguard services
- To ensure that key clients are multiple service users

Customer Satisfaction
- To ensure that customer satisfaction is not only maintained but exceeded

Business Unit Support
- The operational business units are set up to deliver operations and strong relationships will have to be forged with the heads of the individual BUs as well as the operators within them

Develop Account Plans with each Client
- For each key account the RM will be responsible for mapping out the Clients organizational structure and identifying key decision makers and influencers where relationships need to be built and maintained
- The RM will then identify how these existing service lines can be maximised for both the Client and Transguard as well as developing cross selling strategies

Working Relationship
- Key Clients - regular meetings
- Head of RM - provide continual updates to the head of the business unit for each key account
- All Business Units - Heads of and Account Managers
- Business Development - Utilise expertise to help cross sell
- Bid team
- Finance

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management/Relationship Management
- Degree or Honours (12 to 3 equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. Arabic is desired.
- Excellent Customer Service Orientation
- Problem Solving and Decision making skills
- Interpersonal Skills
