Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Sales & Revenue goals will be assigned after Investments and Insurance certification.

Targets based on Sales & Revenue, New to Bank customer acquisition, Balance Sheet growth.

- Personally effective at building the business, deepening relationships and increasing targeted through the execution of an effective sales process.
- Champions the Customer Banking experience in the branch by partnering with other RMs on sales activities, program enhancements and service standards.

Requirements

- University/College Degree
- Nationals with the requisite qualifications will be given preference

Language: English is a must; fluent Arabic (verbal and written) will be given additional preference

- UAE market / banking experience with relevance to Investments, Insurance and deposit products as well as UAE investor psyche is highly preferred.
- An ability to manage a portfolio, maximise revenues in a regulated environment and source new business through their own initiative
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments/market knowledge
Good knowledge of respective operational and regulatory environment as well as cultural understanding of referral market

- Preferrably CISI Certified OR ICWM Certified
