Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

we are currently looking for a passionate relationship manager with minimum one to three years proven working experience in cooperate\commercial bank, to build and further develop long term relationship with new and existing financial institutions clients around MENA Regions. Identify business opportunities and areas of threats for Trade, Treasury and Financing product, come up with new initiatives in line with the Bank's risk appetite and policies to raise FI Department's contribution to the Bank's overall performance.

The candidate will (not limited to)

- Pro-actively Manage a Portfolio of countries and/or FI names in order to achieve targets / KPIs
- Manage assigned FI Products such as but not limited to syndicated and/or bilateral loans, along with appropriate coverage
- Promote CIBM and other products proposed by the Group in order to enhance the cooperation with customers and prospects and increase the branch’s profitability
- Perform analysis to credit worthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
- Monitor money laundering activities and coordinate remedial actions with department head.
- Adhere and comply with bank’s internal applicable policies and procedures as well as governing regulations issued by concerned authorities
- Ensure effective utilization of limits in order to maximize profitability
- Any other responsibility assigned by the bank or person in charge of the department from time to time.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies Required
- Proven ability, with a successful record of accomplishment in driving a high performance culture across the team delivering customer and financial objectives
- Operations and process responsibilities.
- Strict adherence to bank policies to avoid any potential fraud or against operational risks
- Strong ability to provide direction in assessing customer needs and opportunities effectively within the existing, new and prospective customer base
- Showing capacity in identifying and meeting customer needs and propose adequate products and services.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FI MENA Market
- Strong analytical ability with a strong understanding of credit analysis
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to effectively plan and organize and efficiently handle short deadlines
- Solid knowledge in Treasury, Trade, DCM, Funding Products
- Bachelor ’s Degree above with Major in Finance
- Fluent in English
- Chinese and / or Arabic will be highly considered
