Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: To support the Relationship building for Bank at work business in line with overall retail bank strategy

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead team of DSAs to achieve retail business targets.
- Leverage WBG and BB relationships to increase cross sell of retail products, and maximize cross product ratio as well as revenue/ customer.
- Partner with WBG and BB RMs to open doors for retail business from mapped portfolio of companies.
- Direct team to target companies and desired segments.
- Lead multiproduct sales through payroll as hook with a top-down approach and establish strong relationships with key decision makers in companies.
- Maintain daily sales discipline, controls and ethical sales practices to ensure CBI becomes one of the top recognized banking brands in UAE. Full accountability for relationship, servicing, and business generation from assigned portfolio.
- Grow the portfolio from within WBG/BB as well as non-CBI companies.
- Ensure high levels of cross product sales and multiproduct discipline.
- Provide competitor information to product team to ensure CBI value proposition is in line or ahead of market.
- Ensure the sales activities are completely aligned with the Bank’s policies and fulfill all legal and compliance requirements.
- Minimize customer complaints and provide top class service to customers at all levels of Bank at Work relationships.
- Extract maximum productivity from team members in line with the market.
- Ensure comprehensive training to all team members and equip with appropriate sales tools to enable quality sales.
- Work with key stakeholders across functions to ensure best in class customer service is provided, agreed SLA TATs are met and customers are provided the promised value proposition.
- Direct, monitor and lead the development of the sales strategies, business plan, projects
- Manage a robust sales incentive structure / compensation plan and periodic sales contests to motivate sales team in achieving higher levels of performance and reward, while ensuring that the increased acquisition costs are directly linked to higher productivity.
- Monitor and control the sales overhead expenses in line with allocated budgets and expense policy and operate within acceptable efficiency ratios.
- Develop a seamless process between sales, credit and operations for ensuring quicker turnaround of application approvals thereby enhancing client satisfaction.
- Achieve financial targets of 1,200 credit cards, 360 personal Loans and 1,800 payroll accounts and also secure mortgage (directly or indirectly) for retail banking group.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

- Post graduate- MBA / Graduate
- 6-8 years of Retail Bank experience with 3-4 years Sales experience in the UAE/GCC market
- Knowledge of Retail products
- Credit knowledge will be an added advantage
