Job description / Role
Our client is a leading financial institution in the Middle East looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team in Dubai. Ideally you should have proven experience in building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients while pursuing opportunities to drive business profits. You must have experience with manufacturing, trading and service clients, and handled a portfolio of at least AED750M.
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
- Build and foster lasting relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and address them in a timely manner
- Resolve escalations or complaints quickly
- Help sales team drive sales by referring upsell opportunities
- Pursue new and potential customers
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends/best practices/ competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or similar field
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in a Bank or Finance institution
- Customer-oriented – experience in sales or customer service an advantage
- Highly skilled in building positive client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in both Arabic and English
- Emirati / UAE national
