Job description / Role
- To acquire and nurture relationships across GCC through direct & alliance partner efforts.
- Would be required to analyse the mandates & and search / headhunt the type of candidates the client would welcome on board, in sync with their organization's selection criteria.
- Be a go getter with an entrepreneurial approach to the business and achieve targets set for self / organization
- Review of clients current objectives and cross sell the organisations other areas of HR
- The candidate will work closely with the business head based in Dubai & be responsible for mobilizing the business in GCC.
Requirements

Experienced in Recruitments
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Entrepreneurial approach towards their work, a good networker, ability to work on their own and with team.
Age Range: 23 to 33
Language Fluency: English
