Job description / Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Relocations Consultant to work with Al-Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. This role will report directly into the Relocations Manager. To assist in the growth and expansion of the relocations business through conducting business development activities, providing excellent customer service and assisting in providing analytic and pragmatic support to the Relocations Manager.
The main Accountabilities of this role are to establish and maintain strong business relationships with corporate, private and individual customers. Client visits will be regularly conducted in order to establish business requirements and to provide comprehensive support for relocating clients.
It is the responsibility of the Relocations Consultant to be the focal point of communication and to respond to client enquiries in a timely manner. Liaising with shipping lines and overseas agents, you will prepare quotations, conduct follow-ups and work closely with operational staff to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
You will ideally hold a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of five years experience within a multi-national relocation company. You will be highly knowledgable in relocation industry processes and will have a demonstrable ability to follow them closely.
An element of local travel will be involved in this role and so it is therefore essential that you hold a UAE drivers licence. You will be highly organised and have the ability to represent the company to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
