Remote Learning Advisor/Instructional Designer- Technology - Dubai/Europe - 12 - 18 months Contract
Adecco are recruiting for a remote learning advisor from a technology background with instructional design and material development experience to cover the learning/training needs of my client's European Customer base.
you can work remotely on this positions but would need to spend 2-3 weeks initially in Dubai.
Requirements
- Instructional design knowledge
- Technical background – requires that individual have the ability to learn about the technologies that are the subject of the curriculum planning efforts.
- Learning and navigating the political landscape – each customer has their own unique culture. This individual needs to learn the culture and determine how to best interact to enable use of the training services purchased, while supporting the culture currently in place.
- Negotiating skills – this person needs to be able to negotiate the use of the training services purchased by a customer. The negotiation may be with the customer, the account team and Negotiation ranges from advising the customer on what training they should be using, to obtaining resources for the development/delivery of the training.
- Manage and track all training and training-related (eg: knowledge transfer) deliverables purchased and encourage consumption by contract-end
Contract length: 12-18 months
