Job description / Role
As part of our Automotive team in Dubai, you are expected to assume service responsibility for Industrial Products Service Operations. Ability to perform services, overhaul and troubleshoot in all Ingersoll Rand Compressors and Dryers with sound knowledge in electrical and electronic schematics. In terms of revenue and contribution, you are expected to assist in achieving Service Labor and Total Service Revenue in the pre-set sold hours without any Redo activities.
You will be part of our Power & Industrial Product Team to be based in Dubai reporting to the Service Manager.
Requirements
You should possess a College degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and should have at least 3-6 years hands on experience and knowledge in Ingersoll- Rand or any other competitive brand air compressors and dryers from any reputable franchise dealer or distributor company. You should have complete product knowledge in trouble shooting, overhauling of the compressor package with Screw Air end Refurbishment, and electrical schematics for brands such as Atlas Copco, Kaiser and Comp Air.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
