Reservation Manager

Job description / Role

• Prepare and submit a discount and complimentary report to the administrator and accountant.
• Manage database of guests including their phone number, email, nationality, and discount categories (if any).
• Coordinate with guests for reservations and managing the same in ServeMe.
• Submit a monthly report of each guest spent and discount who falls in the 20% discount category.
• Manage delivery drivers and delivery orders.

Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, cash, and credit tips
