Position Title: Reservations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well-known F&B and nightlife group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurant and nightlife.
Job Description:
• Ensure that the outlet has reached or exceed their potential by maximizing the number of guests
• Monitor and verify that all the booking and reservations have been confirmed within 24 hours
• Develop a pleasant and positive relationship with all guests in order to maximize revenue opportunities and support sales
• Verify on regular basis that all guests’ profiles, histories and marketing databases are maintained and updated
• Manage and lead the Reservations team, fostering respect and cooperation within the department
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European and Arabic Nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same position in Dubai with hospitality background, particularly in fine dining restaurant and nightlife experience
• Excellent level of English communication, both written and spoken
• Well-versed in reservations software, with high preference knowledge of Seven Rooms
