Job description / Role
- Position Title: Reservations Supervisor
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Salary: up to 2, 900 AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, food, and ticket every 2 years
- Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
- A world-class golf destination located in the heart of new Dubai.
Job Role:
- Supervisor to monitor all activities transpiring in Golf Reservations
- Accept reservations for golf tee-times and hire items
- Answer telephone queries as and when appropriate
- Work closely with the Central Reservations Office at EGC
- Accept payments for green-fees and hire items – cash, credit cards, checks or charges to members’ accounts
- Confirm tee times of players when required
- Monitor and advise guests of the club on dress code and expected playing standards
- Communicate course closure and maintenance information to members and guests when appropriate
Requirements
Requirements:
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Open to FILIPINO nationals
- With at least 2 years of working experience in a golf club
- Team player with the ability to interact with guests from different countries and cultures
- Excellent communication and telephone manger
