Job description / Role
Resident Engineer/Project Manager - Start: End of July
Boutique Design firm in Abu Dhabi have a range of high end projects designed and delivered around the MENA region.
Currently with a residential project in Abu Dhabi they require a Resident Engineer/PM to be based on site for the next 2 years.
Client facing, managing a small team on site, coordinating with the contractor and communicating to the design office, this individual will successfully manage the delivery of the construction on site.
For the right person this could lead to manage all construction sites for this design consultancy.
Requirements
- A highly experienced Civil Engineer or an Architect, with a minimum of 15 year experience in working on Large Scale Projects in UAE/GCC, Project Management experience, contract Admin experience.
- Excellent English communication and knowledge and experience managing FIDIC.
- Ideally this person will be able to start end of July.
