Resident Engineer - Tower project - Immediate start

Job description / Role

This boutique Architecture firm have a major residential tower project which is about to start on site.

They require a Resident Engineer to be based on site and manage a small team, delivering the project, reporting into the client, and managing the project in autonomous manner.

Dealing with the contractor and external consultants, feeding information back to the design office, managing the administration of the project and FIDIC contract, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of this highrise project.

Requirements

20 years post graduation of a Civil Structural Degree and Tower project delivery experience as an RE is required.

Excellent knowledge of UAE and Dubai building regulations and the ability to effectively communicate with the client, contractors in a professional manner.
RE experience in Dubai working for a consultancy is required.
