Job description / Role
We’re currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Advisor / Resourcer to work in the TA team of our large international client in Dubai.
The job will last around 3 months, possibly longer and could go perm for the right person.
Salary AED 14-16k/month.
The role includes sourcing for candidates on various CV portals, discussing the requirements and assessing over the phone whether they’re suitable.
Submitting your shortlist to the Senior TA specialists and preparing all administration relating to the resourcing (such as recording the information onto a database).
Requirements
- Experience in a recruitment team, candidates straight from agency will be considered
- Ideal sectors would include construction, technical, oil and gas
- Around 2-3 years recruitment experience
- Available to join IMMEDIATELY
- Preferred: male, aged 23-28
