Resourcing Assistant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Resourcing Assistant to join a professional consultancy team in Dubai. The consultancy specialises in the recruitment of marketing, sales and business development professionals. This individual will be responsible for sourcing talent for live positions within our target industry sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate a network of candidates through various sources i.e. through written adverts and UAE recruitment portals
- Oversee the entire research process, maintaining solid relationships with candidates and providing attention to detail at all times
- Responsible for initial interview screenings over the telephone with candidates.
- Work on several assignments at any one given time
- Provide long and short lists to consultants in the allocated time frame
- Generate new business leads for consultants.

Requirements

- Be a graduate or of graduate calibre
- Possess the confidence and communication skills to liaise with people across all levels
- This individual must have excellent time management skills as this individual will be working on several assignments at a given time.
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a competitive direct sales environment
- Have a persuasive nature and the resilience to overcome objections
- This individual must have excellent writing skills and a key attention to detail
