Resourcing Executive

Job description / Role

Quest is looking for a brilliant Resourcing Assistant to join our team in Dubai! You will be an integral part of the company by providing invaluable support to our London Office Retail team in candidate name gathering, candidate management, and database searching among others.

As Resourcing Executive, you will:

* Source and select candidates from Job Boards and LinkedIn
* CV Bank searching and candidate database building
* Network and advertise jobs to potential candidates
* Analyze, interpret, and fully understand the job opening/position requirements
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Deal with candidates' general queries

Requirements

Skills and background:

* Bachelor's degree
* Recruitment experience is an advantage but not a must
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent data management, organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure, work with deadlines, multitask and self-motivate
