Position Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals, centralized tips, and bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.

Job Role:
• Contributes in creating a high morale and team spirit by maintaining effective work relationship
• Communicate effectively with the Supervisor and Restaurant Manager any necessary information or requirement from the floor or from guest, to ensure a smooth and healthy work environment
• Handle guest complaints and feedbacks in the most professional manner
• Performs mise-en-place during and at the end of each shift such as menu wiping, refilling of silver trays, cleaning high chairs, restroom check, pager inventory, arranging side stations and updating the server’s map
• Provides precise information and address guest queries by establishing a strong knowledge about the facilities of the restaurant, its daily events & functions and social events in Dubai
• Maintains a complete and updated knowledge of all our foods and beverages, outlets, services and hours of operation

Requirements

• Open to Moroccans, Algerians, Tunisians, Lebanese, and Turkish nationals
• 30 years old and below
• Diploma holder or any relevant certificates
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably from a casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates must be willing to join by July 15, 2021
