Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Restaurant Reception Manager you are responsible for the operations of Front Office with a primary focus on overall operation at Reception, ensuring end of the day procedures and subsequent reports are completed in an accurate and efficient manner whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

* Actively elicit guest feedback and preferences, regarding restaurant services and ensure action is initiated on the same to maximize guest satisfaction.
* Establish new relationships and maintain rapport with existing/long-term customers.
* Actively involve in promoting and selling companies loyalty program, Food & Beverage events / in house facilities and company partners.
* Lead and coach the team towards achieving highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies.
* Manage and interpret customer requirements by listening to clients and questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.
* Facilitate development of staff
* Analyze customer feedback & find solutions to resolve the complaints in consultation with the General Manager.

* Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests and your team
* Real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.
* Confident in both email and telephone communication
* Experience in handling guest feedback with the confidence to communicate this to the management team
* Previous experience of working as a Reception Manager in a similar environment.
* Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
