Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on candidates qualifications

The hiring company is a high-end restaurant and cafe in Dubai where customers can have a unique dining experience. They are offering contemporary and modern cuisine and the service is casual, smart & fun for our clients by means of continuous innovation and excellence in delivery.

Job Role:
• Supervise restaurant staff and activities to ensure optimal quality of service
• Collaborate with manager to review all employee performance and provide trainings
• Ensures for the food hygiene and safety of the restaurant as a whole by ensuring that all equipment’s are working properly and all employees are trained to work safely with it
• Monitors operating supplies by maintaining and controlling established beverage par stock and operating supplies to ensure smooth operation and to reduce spoilage and wastage
• Coordinate with guests to maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction, analyze all customer requirements and provide efficient response

Requirements

Requirements:
• 38 years old and below
• Diploma or any related certifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in restaurants, preferably from high-end restaurants or cafe
• Must have a wide knowledge in modern and contemporary cuisines
• Presentable and with excellent communication skills
• English language fluency is a must
• Immediately available candidates are prioritized
