Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a renowned real estate company who is looking to hire a Retail Architect to join their team. As a Retail Architect you will report to the Head of Design to focus on shopping mall projects across the organisation.
Requirements
Your main responsibilities will be to review tenancy concept designs and detail designs and provide solutions for any design issues throughout the process. Furthermore you will be designing the upgrades and reconfigurations of existing malls to make improvements to current facilities. You will oversee operations from inception through to completion including progress reporting, managing work quality along with any contractual issues and final inspections or approvals.
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and have at least 5 years’ experience in architectural engineering and interior fit out detailing with a developer or retailer. In addition, you should have knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketch-up and 3D Max.
