Australian Pavilion, Expo 2020 Dubai
Great opportunity for experienced Cooks to be part of dynamic and fast paced team delivering unique and authentically Australian cuisine to the visitors of Expo 2020 Dubai.
Proven capability in understanding all aspects of preparing and cooking to this standard is mandatory.

Requirements
Candidates must have experience working in kitchen environments that ideally specialize in quick service. A thorough understanding of safe kitchen practices and proven capability in leading, instructing and motivating staff along with excellent knowledge of stock management including ordering, storage, rotation and stocktake.
Successful candidates will have experience in operating kitchen equipment such as grills, steamers, ovens and fryers plus the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
