Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Retail & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Cadillac brand is well represented through all dealer advertising campaigns as well as ensuring that all Cadillac Brand Campaigns are delivered an executed through the digital space including social.

Reports to the Brand Advertising Manager and is responsible to manage tactical/daily activities that include:

Strategic roll out of all dealer advertising activities, which include
- Strategic Input & development of all dealer advertising activities
- Management of the marketing element of the variable margin
- Alignment and execution of Dealer advertising in conjunction with Sales team
- Management of dealer submissions for variable margin

Strategic roll out & implementation of Cadillac Digital activities, which include:

Support and Implement the Brand digital activities through all channels:
- SEO
- SEM
- Brand & Dealer websites
- Display advertising
- Social media management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- 1-2 years digital experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience working in a Creative Advertising agency.
- Google certified
- Competent computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- High level of presentation skills both in the development and delivery of presentation
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems
- Excellent time management & ability to prioritize
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others both within and outside the organization
- Luxury/Premium brand experience preferred
