Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Stock

- To ensure that annual promotion and event calendar to be followed to fill the required stocks in line with season or occasions.
- To ensure right kind of Stocks are delivered locations at the right time.
- To prioritize warehouse inventory movement – both for new launches + sales times.
- To ensure control over replenishment in warehouse via pull out.
- Coordination with External Suppliers for Product order and deliveries.
- Control over transferring of merchandise within shops (depending on the slow moving / zero selling report which is done in line with margin report & reordering stock levels in potential products).
- Ageing stock analysis and to take action against the slow moving items with prior approvals from respective in-charges.
- To schedule merchandise depending on the various launches and within style (when and where to put how much Quantity – in shops).
- To ensure to cross check new merchandise receipt from suppliers, submission of excess & shortage report to respective Division in-charge for verification / Approvals.
Pricing
- Price revision keeping an eye over margin.
- To coordinate with Retail for promotional pricing.
- Pricing during Sale Time with ensuring the desired margin keeping in view the Discount Strategy.
- Observation of market pricing strategy to ensure in line with market prices.

Requirements

- Retail experience would be an advantage.

- Excel knowledge.

- Shop wise product movement analyses.

- Report generating and compiling data.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.

- Work under extreme pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
