Retail Leasing Manager

A large property developer is seeking to recruit a highly experienced retail leasing manager to work on a prestigious mall development in Kabul.

The role itself would be based in Dubai with extensive travel to Afghanistan where necessary. This role will be responsible for liaising with potential retail tenants and developing a retail tenant mix and securing international brands.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark on a new territory and one that is set to expand and grow immensely over the next few years.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will come from a strong retail leasing background and be able to close deals autonomously. They will be forward thinking and be able to seek out new opportunities and understand the potential of new market opportunities.
