Job description / Role
An international Mall owner is seeking to recruit an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join their team.
Your role will involve identifying and meeting with potential retail tenants and then following through from LOI to the MOU and handling the whole process from start to finish.
You will be dealing with some of the major retailers in the region so you will need to be comfortable doing presentations and negotiating at a senior level.

Requirements
The successful candidate must come from a Retail Leasing background and have a proven track record of working either on the landlord or retailer side of things.
You will need to have strong contacts already in the region within retail and be confident and able to follow a deal from conception to completion.
