Retail Manager

Job description / Role

An exciting opportunity to join a one of the biggest Jewelry brand in GCC. Our client is looking for a Retail Manager to undertake all aspects of Retail Operations and In-store Marketing campaigns to play a leadership role in taking their jewelry business to the next level. The role will be based in Dubai with an excellent salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.

Role:
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales & profitability of your brands throughout the UAE region.
- Plan the annual budget per store within the brand.
- Perform a review of current business operations and make recommendations / implement new structure as required.
- Overall responsibility for sales, profit, stock loss, expenses & costs (P&L).
- Provide effective leadership to your store operations team.
- Evaluate local market competition and analyze pricing strategies / markdowns etc.
- Devise and implement in-store marketing campaigns
- Look at innovative solutions to market the brand products

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 - 5 years Retail Experience within the jewelry industry as an Area Manager/Retail Manager/Brand Manager
- Must have broad experience in managing a Brand including Store Operations, Marketing & Promotions.
- Area Management experience in overseeing multiple store locations is essential
- The candidate must be based in the UAE currently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
