Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Retail Company in UAE is currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager to join their team.
The individual will be responsible for handling large operations involving more than 15 team members including sales staff. He/ she will be involved in retail operations, devising policies and procedures, customer service and developing SOPs.
Requirements
- At least 7 + years of experience in managerial roles with established retailers or brands.
- Excellent leadership skills and previous experience in managing experienced and senior Store managers.
- Experience in start-up operations of stores.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Master's degree preferred
- Experienced in managing vendors
- Experience in people management issues related to retail – rotas, performance appraisals, hiring etc.
