Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to help guide business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to understand their data needs.

Key Accountabilities: -

- Compiling and presenting daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date trade reports for leadership.

- Creating and distributing weekly Stock on Hand (SOH) reports to SMX UAE stores and Area Managers.

- Preparing Business Dashboard for SHOEMART UAE & SHOEXPRESS UAE Stores.

- Preparing & managing Sales metrics Visit reports for Leadership.

- Providing daily Sales Report for SHOEMART & SHOEXPRESS Stores.

- Maintaining Headcount VS Budget Report for GCC SHOEMART, SHOEMART BRANDS and sharing with HR Monthly

- Preparing & sharing Staff Individual Performance daily report for SM UAE Stores & weekly reports for SHOEMART, SHOEMART BRANDS & SHOEXPRESS GCC.

- Preparing monthly staff Incentive and OT Data for UAE stores.

- Preparing day-wise monthly targets and sharing with CP & Stores.

- Co-ordinating and tracking Stock Consolidations.

- Procuring Non-Trading/Stationary items for stores and managing S2P2P platform

- Managing Staff Uniform for new joiners and existing staff.

- Assisting Finance, HR, VM, Projects & Planning on all required store-wise productivity & sales data.

- Managing the SM customer service Mailbox

Requirements

Minimum Requirement:

- Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience: Minimum 6 years out of which 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the MIS or business analysis field.

- Specialized Training: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Access, and other data analysis tools.

Knowledge:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
