Take your career to new heights. An exciting Retail Operations Manager position has recently opened within Gulf Marketing Group.

Purpose: To effectively drive and manage all operational aspects of profit centers involve managing, training and mentoring Store Manager/s Area Manager/s within designated region in line to achieve agreed budgets/Targets, business strategies and company’s objectives, policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed budgets & Business plans
- Ensure consistency in quality execution of Company SOP.
- Ensure Stock loss targets are met in region thru company policy.
- Ensure best customer service available in store and scoring best results in Mystery shopping.Customer loyalty and retention.
- Effective management of minimum of 4 stores with 130 colleagues,training, coaching and succession planning. Guiding & coaching minimum 1 area manager.
- Responsible for staff appraisal and appreciations as per business requirement.
- Effectively identifying Market opportunities & updating business with latest trends and best practices.
- Ensure stores are planned to have regular supplies and adequate stocks cover is available based on category wise sale in co-ordination with CP and head of brands.
- Ensure stores are planned & prepared for smooth seasonal promotional campaign & Sale launch in co-ordination with multi-departments assistance.
- Ensure seasonal floor lay out is planned and executed at the start of the season in coordination with CP and HOB based on density reports.
- Budgeting & forecasting business plan for next year based on current sales in line with Industry and economical sentiments. - Ensure retail commercial standards are met in all stores in line with business requirements.

Requirements

- 3 years’ Graduation degree in any of streams, MBA degree would be an added advantage
- 8 to 15 years progressive retail experience, to include management of multiple locations, achieving sales target successfully and exposure of opening large format retail store
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Proven skills in Selling, training, coaching, developing & motivating.
- Ability of reading and interpreting data and set objectives for future business plans.
- Problem solving, positive attitude, customer service skills, succession planning.
