Retail Operations Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a major retailer in KSA has recently acquired a business in UAE. As a result they are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in UAE. This role will be responsible for planning and driving retail operations through the implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards across all stores. You will ensure maximum sales and profitability as well as optimum stocking levels and an increase in customer satisfaction.

Our client is looking to grow the brand throughout the GCC in particular KSA. As a result this role will be looking to become a Regional role with a move to the client's HQ in KSA after 12-18 months.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience in retail operations, ideally with a FMCG retailer. It is essential you have a background in setting up new stores and driving business growth. Strong business acumen, solid negotiation and leadership skills are also crucial for this position. You must also be open to relocation within the GCC.
