Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Achieve set individual and overall boutique targets .
- Provide outstanding Customers service.
- Monitor product display and stocking.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Prepare required orders in coordination with team and supervisors.
- Operate the cash register appropriately and ensure correct billing.
- Reach individual & overall sales Targets.
- Demonstrate profound product knowledge
- Ensure that store hygiene / cleanness standards are met at all times and that all products are handled accordingly
- Maintain presentation of the store.
- Maintain merchandise and ensure proper display, storage, etc.
- Assure smooth shop opening, closing if involved
- Use the prescribed selling techniques to provide customers with a friendly, courteous experience
- Arrange and package all gift orders according to the sale order
- Accurately record the product usage in the system.
- Control shrinkage and product spoilage notify the Boutique Manager
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the Boutique Manager
- Keep receipt of all packaging and other materials
- Participate in year-end inventory and cycle
- Compute the retail price for the order
- Help colleagues and jr. peers to learn and perform their job well
- Report to Boutique Manager on customer feedback and complaints
- Monitor stock levels and share findings with your manager

Requirements

- Sales skills – analytical skills to customize sales approach to customer type
- Customer Handling Skills – to be able to handle customer requests while utilizing the psychological selling measures learned in the trainings
- Product Knowledge – specifications and pricing have to be known by heart
- Self-disciplined, intelligent, responsible and presentable
- Positive, enthusiastic
- High School graduate
- Fluent in English, Arabic and Chinese speaking is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build relationships with customers and peers
- Minimum 1 year retail experience is required
