Job description / Role
A globally recognised luxury brand are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking trainer to work alongside the training manager as part of their growth plan.
This luxury retailer have stores across the world and are looking to recruit a passionate and imaginative trainer to specifically train across the middle east region of Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Pakistan and Lebanon, you will have direct responsibility for 50 stores in these countries.
Requirements
The right candidate for this role will comfortable spending at least 80% of their week travelling and being away from home for overnight country stays. You will spend your time between classroom training, e-learning management and in store coaching. A large part of the role will entail translating and proof-reading Arabic, it is essential that you are confident in both written and spoken Arabic.
The ideal candidate will have a luxury retail background as part of a training team and a degree from a reputable organisation. One of the core values of this brand is passion, you will need exude a love for the brand and delivering excellent training to their staff.
In return, the salary offered is 18k AED p/month inclusive of benefits; there is a 5% of annual salary bonus available based on performance and a home flight payment made after successful completion of 12 months with the company.
