Retail Transformation Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving retail transformation in the automotive industry? We are seeking a Retail Transformation Manager, based in Dubai, to lead the implementation of progressive retail programs across the Middle East region.

Main Responsibility:

As the Retail Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the retail program, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and the dealer network. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing master planning in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Coordinating day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Reporting progress and tracking implementation, ensuring adherence to commitments.
- Managing and coordinating with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Organizing status updates and meetings as required, both internally and with external partners.

Requirements

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Excellent operational knowledge of automotive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts with third-party suppliers.
- Proven track record in project management and coordination, preferably in retail or automotive settings.
