Revenue Analyst

Luxury hotel and leisure resort.

The Revenue Analyst will manage and coordinate inventory in accordance with the strategy plan, as well as being involved within market research, reporting and analysis.

- Understand the dynamics of the Global, Regional and Local Political and Economic Markets
- Analyze booking patterns by market segment
- Month end reporting
- Assist with the annual pricing processes and strategies (research, price positioning)
- Assist in the development of new revenue management processes
- Prepare reports
- Assist in the annual revenue report
- Ensure full technical understanding and optimal use of all distribution channels across the Hotel

Requirements

- Bachelors or Master’s degree required within the field of Revenue Management
- 3+ years of experience within a Revenue capacity – preferably within the Hotel industry
- Strong analytical skills and administrative skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
