Employment: Full Time

Revenue and Credit Controller for Professional Services - Multinational, Dubai

The position includes the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Proactively manage accounts receivable, billing and staff time accountability.
- Accounts receivable: collection, followup, processing and reporting.
- Billing: execution, monitoring, forecasting and checking guidelines and exception reporting.
- Proactive work in progress management.
- Answer queries from team members on time recording, client information.
- Setting up new joiners on finance databases, reporting and administering the time management site.

Requirements

- University Graduate with a major in accounts.
- Excellent communications in English with the confidence to present reports to senior staff.
- Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritise and multitask.
- Experience in the accounts dept of a large multinational is necessary with professional services industry experience an advantage.
- Knowledge of ELITE and Carpe Diem preferred.
- Must be result orientated and able to meet deadlines effectively
