What you will be doing:

- The Revenue Analyst works directly with the Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenues through daily management of room inventory and pricing across all segments.
- In this role you will help develop and recommend room rates and availability strategies to optimize the best mix of business.
- In addition, this position will be responsible for driving analysis, compiling reports and developing models to support better decisions across the business.
- Support RM with daily/weekly/monthly reporting in addition to ad-hoc/project-based reports
- Maintain reporting data accuracy and enhance automation efforts in reporting tools
- Maintain optimal system health and data quality of all systems running daily checks : Opera / CRS / IDEAS / OTA extranets.
- Continuous analysis to ensure that all revenues are in line with Budget, Forecast, PACE and market.
- Further develop Total RM culture (including F&B, SPA and M&E) with development and support of reporting tools.
- Support RM with short/long-term forecast

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- 2-3 Years' experience in Hospitality (Reservation)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Dynamic can-do attitude
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Macro, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Opera (Ideas is a plus)
- Organized and multi-tasking
- Ability to complete work within given deadlines
