Job description / Role
• Leads rider recruitment (external & internal)
• Conducts regular briefing with riders
• To ensure and improve rider compliance
• Monitors performance progress of riders
• Responsible for communication of shifts & fulfillment
• Supervises on boarding / training (schedule) & Quality
• Ensures compliance on rider equipment / branding usage
Requirements
• Effective Team management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Organization skills – Time management, resource planning
• 4-5 years of experience
• Preferably Urdu speaker
• Interpersonal skills
