Rigless Package Supervisor

Job description / Role

The Rigless Package Supervisor - Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. The Supervisor role is to ensure the Client’s objectives are delivered safely, without damage to the environment and in full compliance with client and ESNAAD Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policies.

Requirements

- B.Sc.in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
Or
- High School Diploma with 5 years Well site experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within Coiled Tubing (CT) Services which includes specific experience in CT tools and on job applications is required.
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Must possess excellent skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Mechanical and maintenance experience in fault finding and repair of equipment.
- Some exposure and experience in other ESNAAD services of well services and process services.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others are necessary.

Skills:
- Proven competency unit completed for ‘Contribute to Health & Safety of the working environment’
- Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes.

ESNAAD is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADNOC. The facility currently known as Mussafah Offshore Supply Base (MOSB) is strategically located at the Industrial hub of Mussafah approximately 40kms by road from the city center of Abu Dhabi. "ESNAAD" is not an acronym, as the Arabic name implies it means "Support".
