Risk Advisory Services Assistant Manager / Senior Associate

Job description / Role

- Expertise in construction project reviews from schedule, cost and quality perspective.
- Expertise in contract compliance reviews to verify the compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Knowledge and hand-on experience in project management preferably in construction / real estate sector.
- Knowledge of Risk based Internal Audit methodology and experience in preparing Risk Control Matrix.
- Experience of writing internal audit reports including observations, solicitation of management responses, creating work papers to support observations and taking detailed meeting minutes at interviews with auditees.
- Ability to step in and manage engagements from an execution and profitability perspective while managing client expectations.
- A proven track record of completing the work in the budgeted number of hours while satisfying and delivering value to the client.
- Experience in project / engagement economics i.e. managing the resources including time and cost.

Requirements

- Business or Engineering Graduate or equivalent
- 6+ years of industry specialization in industry and/or a “big 4” firm.
- Ability to step in and manage engagements from an execution and profitability perspective while managing client expectations. A proven track record of completing the work in the allotted number of hours while satisfying and delivering value to the client.
- Risk based Internal Audit methodology, writing internal audit reports including observations, solicitation of management responses, creating work-papers to support observations and taking detailed meeting minutes at interviews with auditees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a presentation style that is consistent with PwC’s image, reputation and need to add value to our clients. Sales skills would be a plus.
