Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The duties of the Risk Management Analyst shall include but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Facilitating monthly risk register update by meetings with the relevant project managers during project construction phases.
- Facilitating programme for risk register reviews with the project managers and other senior management on a monthly basis.
- Facilitating risk meetings with contractors to gain their input for the construction phase of the projects.
- Providing risk register information for each project to be used in the monthly report to the Company.
- Carrying out Monte Carlo Analysis on each of the works packages to establish the risk values that need to be included in the cost estimates provided to the Company.
- Identifying the allocation of risks included in the risk register in comparison to the form of contract agreement in place to provide a clearer picture of who is responsible for each risk and ensuring that any potential risk item that could arise from the contract agreement is covered.
- Close collaboration with the Project Management Consultant on regular basis to ensure that the processes utilized for risk management on the contract align with Company requirements and recommending ways in which the process can be improved.
- Analysis of interfaces in each of the project areas that may have an effect on the performance of that project.
- Raising awareness of the interface with the project managers and assessing what kind of impact it could have on the cost and programme of the project.
- Management of compliant risk register including identification of and application of mitigation measures and facilitating using (at)Risk, management of risk and change control manager

Requirements

- Should be Bachelor Degree, Bachelor's of Science or higher
- The Risk Management Analyst shall be qualified graduate with minimum of 8 years’ experience in Risk Management of civil projects
