Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking and experienced administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Management Team in the Finance and HR Departments within Kansai Paint Head Office.

This is a challenging and varied role which will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Correspondence management including email communication, meeting minutes, memos, announcements and other documentation
- Communicating with external stakeholders, customers, suppliers and vendors, portraying a positive brand image at all times
- Diary management to include arranging meetings, events, conferences, functions, travel and organizing all relevant correspondence and financial processes are complete
- Dealing with financial matters including expenses, travel, raising PO’s for departmental purchases
- Coordinate Functional Agenda
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required including reception cover

Requirements

- Ideally degree educated
- Other vocational qualifications (Such as HR CIPD, Finance) would be advantageous.

Skills & Experience:
- Experience and knowledge of office procedures and methods.
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent organisiational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Be able to demonstrate professional discretion and deal with confidential matters
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
