Permanent role based in Dubai
On behalf of our client a leading oil and gas operator we are looking to recruit a Rotating Equipment Team Lead. Reporting to the Product Support Team Manager you will be responsible for being a senior member of the production maintenance support team and providing technical guidance to the onshore, offshore and workshop maintenance teams in relation to all rotating equipment. Lead the Rotating Equipment Team and provide expertise and leadership in all rotating equipment issues
Requirements
The successful candidate must be degree educated in an engineering discipline, be a certified Vibration Analyst, minimum Mobius level 2 or equivalent. Have 10 years + of mechanical and rotating equipment maintenance, condition monitoring and control system interfaces, 5 years experience in an onshore support role, team management experience to run a multi-discipline team of maintenance engineers, offshore/onshore experience of hydrocarbon processing, utilities plant and associated legislation, strong background of both field and onshore maintenance activities, knowledge/experience of operating and maintaining both industrial and Aero Derivative Gas Turbines and their supporting systems to include Rolls Royce, Dresser Rand, Solar and GE. Knowledge/Experience in the operation and maintenance of Centrifugal Gas Compressors and their supporting systems to include Cooper Bessemer and Dresser Rand and knowledge/experience in the operation of Power Turbines and their supporting systems to include Cooper Bessemer and Dresser Rand
