Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Area of Interest: Sales
Territory: Selected areas in the GCC/Levant sub-region
Reporting to: Regional Sales Director

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops and executes sales strategies and tactics that maximizeopportunity within the banking customer environment.
- Direct customer contact comprises a major portion of this role.
- Presents and leads customer discussions to advance the sales process.
- Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting.
- Defines, communicates and implements the Go to Market strategy for allocated segment - ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.
- Builds executive relationships within client base - articulates product and business strategies, creates the demand and leads customer discussions to advance the sales process.
- Ensures a high degree of Customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
- Develops and delivers accurate revenue forecasts in line with business objectives.
- Interacts with other Teams and Verticals to effectively leverage enhanced value proposition offered by the company
- Focus on client relationship management (Direct Banks or Partners) and ensures customer satisfaction within the assigned territory.
- Has the ability to work independently and can demonstrate leadership qualities to lead cross functional and interdepartmental teams.
- Develops annual plan for own area in line with company strategy.
- Negotiates complex contracts.
- Creates networks internally and externally within and outside own sales area.

Requirements

- Business or Engineering degree, or post-graduate degree. Engineering Degree + MBA appreciated
- 4 to 6 years sales experience within the field of Banking solutions and services is mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of the Banking environment in the region (Gulf and Levant area specifically).
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Fluent in English and Arabic language – a must.
- Proven relationships within GCC/Levant Banking customers is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional selling skills in a complex matrix environment
- Outstanding negotiation skills (commercial and technical)
- Influencing skills at all levels from the board room level to the buyer
- Identify and qualify solution opportunities for their clients within assigned territory
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Self-starter
- Executive level relationship management skills
- Demonstrates effective use of internal relationships and resources.
