Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Proactively identify and engage with new Managed IT Services business opportunities primarily in the SME space across Dubai & the greater UAE (10 – 100 user companies)
- Cultivate prospects into paying clients via solution oriented consultation
- Understand & empathize with our client’s key business challenges and then work with our pre-sales technical teams to design appropriate technology solutions for the same
- Create sales proposals that speak to our client’s needs, and then get them to say ‘yes’ by articulating our value proposition
- Keep in regular contact with our clients to oversee their success & resolve their problems - thus ensuring renewal revenue
- Regularly report to management about your sales opportunity pipeline & forecasts

Requirements

We look for the right attitude & mindset rather than paper certificates.

You need to have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Managed Services Sales & Account Management / Business Development role with a reputed Managed IT Services Provider Company. (prior UAE experience preferred, though not mandatory )
- A proven track record of success in meeting / exceeding sales targets in a fast growth & highly competitive environment
- Passion for technology, helping people and a hunter’s instinct.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced, yet rewarding environment
- The natural ability to turn “tech jargon” into plain English in a manner appropriate to the audience
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills (People like you. Listen to you. And trust you!)
- Strategic, sophisticated deal planning and negotiation
- High levels of self motivation, personal accountability, attention to detail & ability to manage yourself in time
- Humility, Team sensibilities and rock solid personal ethics
