Sales & Administration Officer or Manager

RAAD Education (www.RaadEducation.com) is a successful Dubai-based language institute, licensed by the Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA) and focusing on teaching languages to adults and children.

The Company is looking to hire a “Sales & Administration Officer / Manager” (depending on seniority) to help grow the business.

Main tasks include:
- Bring in new clients for Arabic and foreign languages, from retail, corporates, children and adults
- Maintain relationship with, and grow the business from existing clients
- Help interview and recruit additional language teachers
- Organize teachers schedules to maximize classroom capacity
- Invoice and collect from clients

Requirements

- Dubai-based
- Sales experience, preferably within the education sector
- Experience in online and offline marketing (Social media, SMS and email marketing)
- Preferably with a car and valid UAE driving license
- Arabic native speaker is preferable but not a must
