Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently working in partnership with a Global provider and manufacturer who are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Regional office in Dubai.

You will play a valuable part in the customer service function and assist both internal and external contacts with the below;
- Receiving and processing customer orders onto SAP
- Check and upload orders via the internet
- Ensure daily running of order books
- Provide customers with all relevant information including product identification, order status and delivery
- Raise invoices and credit notes
- Manage returns and stock levels

Requirements

To be considered for the role you must have at least 3 years experience working in an administration department and have been involved in all of the above.

SAP experience is extremely beneficial.

Arabic and English speaker required.
